Hair Salon

Overview[]

The Hair Salon is a place in the Bop City where player can change the color and style of characters' hair in Toca Life: World. You can change their hair style with the hair styling machines, dye your characters' hair with a wide variety of hair dyes, and have your character pay at the cash register and or make a hair appointment.

Hairstyles & Dye[]

There are three categories of hairstyles the player can choose from: short, long, and crazy, allowing for a wide variety of choices. There are 54 choices: 20 short, 19 long, and 15 crazy hair styles.

There are 37 dye bottles on the shelf above the salon chairs, with varying natural hair colors as well as bright, fun, and crazy colors.

To change a character's hairstyle, simply sit them on a seat under which category you want, and press either of the two arrows near the screen to pick a hairstyle. Once you have picked a style, simply tap the rounded piece at the bottom of the machine to change the character's hairstyle.

To dye a character's hair, simply pick one of the dye bottles and hold it over the character's head. In a few moments, there will be a "poof" sound effect and clouds of smoke in the same color as the dye.
