Usually, Characters that were part of locations currently present in Toca Life World do not have given names. However, an exception of them have, which are sourced from social media posts across the Toca Life series. These aren't part of the Mascots or the four main character. The tables below display pictures of the characters and their official names confirmed in official social media content posted by Toca Boca, confirmed gender, location and district. Note that some of the characters have different clothes from the original. Also note that characters that fit in certain body types do not determine age.
Some can be found by locations, others are found in promotional material (trailers, shorts promoting content), mini-series like the Forgive or Forget while others were only mentioned in posts. Characters from POV are listed in a separate page.

Toca Life World encourages a gender-neutral environment, so most characters do not have indicated gender and pronouns. However, pronouns of a character mentioned are included.
Some characters like Koji, Korra and Aiden have redesigns, which were characters used in their base form in a previous source was currently changed by e.g. clothing, in later sources.
Some of the anthropomorphic characters appeared in Toca Life Stories episodes, notably Bo, Silly Burger, Midge, Nimbus, Nora, Paulina, Pasta, Octobox and Rock Baby.
Grandma appears in the a few episodes of Toca Life Stories as a minor character

↑daniel.abensour (Daniel Abensour), an art director of the company confirmed that their official name is Zuhal and hero name (alias) is Discoculo. It was stated that the character was inspired by the 70s and have ESP power
↑Nicholas was hinted in a update of Central Station. However, the character isn't revealed.
↑In an Instagram Post, three possible names, which were Levy, Leif and Blad, were given for an Anthropomorphic Character from the Treehouse, There were no further posts indicated the exact name of the character.
