The Neat Street Apartment is the 14th Designer Pack. It includes 73 pieces of furniture, 56 decorations, six wall designs and five wall patterns. It was released on February 14, 2024.
Features[]
Notable features included in the Home Designer included are:
- Karaoke Machine (featuring Voxella Idols)
- Stack Commercial Washer and Dryer (used in laundromats)
- Cleaning Robots
- Vendo Machines
Theme[]
The theme included in the designer pack is a duo consisting of subtle palettes of beige and gleaming nightly colors. It embraces the Spring Cleaning tradition which is practiced worldwide.
- Theme 1 - Consists of delicately, washed colors consisting of beige, browns, greys and whites as well as patches of dirt and unwanted material based on Room 2A in Apartment Building, which also reflect minimalism and incompleteness. The theme also takes inspiration from the Beige Basics Style Pack with designs of teddy bears and soft, round motifs as well as the integration of the Beige Aesthetic.
- Theme 2 - In contrast to Theme 1, this theme consists of dark colors paired with neons of pink, cyan and yellow representing night life. This is often found in equipment like the Karaoke Machine.

Wall Designs[]
All of the Wall designs are based on seamless patterns, they are based on a mixture of washed, brick and granite designs and dark, vibrant patterns.
Floor Patterns[]
All of the floor patterns are based on seamless patterns, they are based on a mixture of Maple and Bamboo wood panelling as well as stone tessellations.
Neat Street Apartment furniture and decor
Furniture and Decors[]
The furniture and decors feature equipment often found in an modern apartment.
- Theme 1 - Consists of "handmade", round and ergonomically-designed furniture, housecleaning and storage equipment as well as potted plants and simply, cozy-designed general furniture. These includes common unwanted material such as spills and dust (mites).
- Theme 2 - In contrast to Theme 1, this theme includes recreational electronics including monitors and karaoke machines, as well as neon lighting, signages and rectangular-designed upholstery.

- The pack was originally announced to be released on February 13, 2024 but delayed to a day later.
- Most of the Characters featured in the trailer wore hairstyles, outfits and accessories from the Beige Basics Style Pack
- The Designer is the 4th pack containing an apartment, the rest include Beak Street Building, Downtown Loft and Neon Rainbow Apartment
- This is the first designer pack to be released on 2024.
