The Pom Pom Emporium is a shopping center located at the east of Pom Pom Peaks. It includes ten characters and two locations: the Gift Shop, and the Rooftop Ice Bar. It serves as a place to purchase gifts and decor for various holidays, as well as relax in at the rooftop bar.

Gift Shop[]
The gift shop is the first floor of Pom Pom Emporium. Leftmost is the entrance and cash register, with a variety of holiday cards. Between the register and the main shop is a gift wrapping machine. The shop sells various wares, including decor such as plants, pillows, and snowglobes. They also sell collectible figurines, gaming consoles, and stuffed animals. To the right of the elevator is a "work in progress" or personalized store section for the player to customize along with a backroom storage space with decorations to be sold for various holidays.
Rooftop[]
Go to the second storey of Pom Pom Emporium and scroll to the left. There, you find the Rooftop Ice Bar, which is at the leftmost area of the storey.
The first you'll see is an tavern, in form of an igloo, that functions as a kitchen for serving non-alcoholic drinks and making tarts.
When you scroll to the left, there is a lounge. There is a bench at the top and another at the bottom. A platform stacked below the loudspeaker has buttons for controlling six types of fireworks.

Gift-wrapping Machine[]
The gift-wrapping machine is unlike most gift-wrapping features in Toca Life: World in that the player can customize what style of wrapping is given to the item as well as the holiday. The player can pick from three box each options for:
- Birthday
- Christmas
- Valentine's Day
- Halloween
The machine is inset in the wall on the first storey.
Personalized store section[]
To the right of the elevator on the first floor (Gift Shop) is a notably empty section of floor space that the player can customize. The backroom space includes a lost and found and shelves with boxes containing decorations for:
- Birthday
- Christmas
- Valentine's Day
- Halloween

By removing the photo on the wall behind the cashier and pressing the yellow button, yellow fairy/string lights will be lit around the store.
