Overview[]
The Post Office is a great place to find decorations, outfits, and even a fun little weekly gift that can be obtained every week (Mostly on Fridays). But of course, the post office can't just be a place to get you weekly gift, right? Well, if you go to the right of were the gifts are, you'll find a shelf that you can move up and down to find many fun furniture items and outfits. Next to the shelf, you'd find boxes. And in front of the shelf is a gift-wrapping station. If you wanted something of yours to be wrapped, then just place it on the gift-wrapping mat, and... ta-da! You have a gift. Tap on the gifts and it will open.
Shelf Life[]
Weekly Post Office gifts are temporary. They can be restored even if the game has been reset and/or uninstalled. They can be missed when a new gift enters at the Post Office or have not been claimed for one (1) week, This means the gift can not be claimed anymore until a Gift Bonanza based on the year it was received arrives.

Some gifts are permanent and stay even if the game has been resetted or removed. This includes:
- Three Floople Boxes for new players
- Mass arrival of weekly and event-themed gifts received throughout 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and most of 2022 known as Gift Bonanzas.
Gift Wrapping[]
Default gifts are sealed in a white box and wrapped with a light aqua ribbon. This includes Floople Boxes
Weekly gifts that correspond to content updates (upcoming locations/designer and furniture packs) are tied by a golden ribbon[1].
During annual events and temporary events, including collaborations, gifts have a unique wrapping based on the theme of the event.

On July 24, 2024, gifts released from January-August 2022 returned to the Post Office. [2]
Coastal Essentials | July 12, 2024[]
On July 12, 2024, summer-themed gifts that aligns to motifs of the Coastal Essentials
First Set[]
The first set contains one (1) box containing one (1) regular outfit, one (1) toddler outfit) and one (1) item which is a beach ball.The first outfit is a one-piece swimwear with lavender palm tree motifs, with a light yellow bracelet one the right wrist, pearl anklet on the left ankle and lavender sandals. The second outfit made for babies shares the same swimwear but with yellow armbands and a pearl anklet on the right ankle.

The second set contains one (1) box containing one (1) dress-like outfit, and two (2) towels in blue and white. The first towel is blue with dark blue stripes and the second is a white towel with a fleece-like temperature. The third outfit, which is a dress-like outfit has a hoodie at the back and a pocket, along a pearl bracelets wrapped around the right wrist and lavender sandals.

On June 4, 2024, a one (1) box containing Pride-themed gifts were released, including:[4]
- Rainbow hoodie with colorful sneakers
- Gay Pride and Transgender flags
- Rainbow-like creature based on the Transgender flag
- One (1) party horn and one (1) kazoo
Winter 2023 | December 2023[]
On December 12, 2023, Holiday-themed gifts will arrive at the Post Office for the next 14 days from December 13 to 25. Each day in the event, players will receive one unique gift.[5]
Gift Bonanza | July-December 2021[]
On June 27, 2023, gifts received from the later half of 2021, July-December 2021 were dropped at the Post Office.[6]
Four-set outfit Gifts | July 24, 2023[]
On July 24, 2023, four sets of outfits, two Rodeo-themed and two Roller Disco-themed outfits were released in the Post Office. The outfits were inspired from Barbie (2023), albeit with no official collaboration.

Sunny & Sweet Gift Bonanza | January-June 2021[]
On June 27, 2023, gifts released from January-June 2021 arrived at the Post Office[7]
Pride Month[]
Pride Month 2023 Post Office gift giveaway
On late June before the Sunny & Sweet Gift Bonanza, rainbow-themed gifts were dropped in the Post Office as permanent Gifts in celebration of Pride Month.[8][9]
Rainbow-colored gifts include;
- Three heart-shaped balloon set
- Rainbow umbrella
- A bouquet of flowers
- Heart-shaped containing three pieces of chocolate
- Heart-shaped box containing a wedding ring
Spongebob Squarepants[]
Gifts from the Spongebob Squarepants collaboration were dropped on June 13-18, 2023. The gifts will stay until Janaury 1, 2024[10].
Gifts include:
- Spongebob Squarepants (two-set outfit)
- Patrick Star (two-set outfit)
- Squidward Tentacles (two-set outfit)
- Gary's food bowl
- Pineapple-framed glasses
Winter 2022[]
On December 21, unique Holiday-themed gifts will be dropped at the Post Office for six days, starting from December 21-26 of 2022,. Each day, players will receive a unique holiday gift during the event. Gifts during the event can be received until January 2 of 2023.[11]
Year-Round Gift Bonanza | 2020[]
On November 15, 2022, gifts released on 2020 all-year round will be dropped in the Post Office. Most of the gifts were based on the Toca Life Stories webseries.[12]
Winter 2021[]
On December 20 2021, Hello Kitty and Friends-inspired Holiday-themed gifts will be dropped at the Post Office for 12 days, starting from December 21 of 2021 to January 1 of 2022. Each day, players will receive a unique holiday gift during the event.[13][14]
