You find the green shop button on the app’s start screen, and in the top left corner of the map. Once you’re in the shop, you can find loads of different purchasable elements you can add to your world. The Shop is a feature in the Toca Life: World app where players can purchase locations, furniture packs, etc. with real money. Players can also restore previous purchases through the "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom of the Shop.

The Shop consists of five main tabs from left to right: Character Creator, Design and Build, Map, Furniture Packs and Fan Faves. All of the packs in their corresponding tabs are arranged from recently released except Fan Faves.

Character Creator consists of Style Packs and the Character Creator Upgrade
Design and Build consists of Designer Packs
Map consists of a slideshow-like preview of each District and its Locations within it. It preserves the former layout of the map view.
Furniture Packs consists of Furniture Packs
Fan Faves consists of packs among Style Packs, Designer and Furniture Packs and Locations that have the highest demand and popularity among users.

Below the tabs are categories. While there are four main categories, many of these categories tend to change by trends and occasion.

This just in! show all types of packs released recently. This includes returning packs.
Bundles consists of sets of packs selected by theme or occasion. More bundles can be added depending on the packs released recently.
- Prices of Bundles are discounted compared to buying packs included in the bundle separately, even if any of the packs are already bought.
  - There are packs however that aren't selected by theme or occasion but by number. Packs involved may vary depending on the packs that were released recently.
    - Starter Bundle - Formerly called Starter Pack, this consists of six Locations, two Designer Packs and one Furniture Pack including 25 characters.
    - Mega Bundle - Formerly called Mega Pack, this consists of the Character Creator Upgrade, 110 Locations, 13 Designer Packs and seven Furniture Packs including more than 550 characters.
    - Home Designer Starter Bundle - This consists of the three Designer Packs and three Furniture Packs.
    - Creator Kit Bundle - This consists of the Character Creator Upgrade, six Locations, two Designer Packs and one Furniture Pack including 60 characters and 48 pets
    - Ultimate Makeover Bundle - This consists of the three Locations and three Designer Packs including 34 characters
    - Home Designer Dream Bundle - This consists of eleven Designer Packs and six Furniture Packs.
