Toca Life Box is a play-based subscription model that delivers monthly activities suitable at ages 6-11. It was launched on February 24, 2021 and ended on December 9 on the same year.[1]
Subscriptions[]
There are two plans of subscription that could be paid for a period of time: [2]
- Monthly
- Annual
The monthly subscription costs U$D 19.00 per month. This is charged on a monthly basis and has the option to cancel anytime. While the Annual costs $180 ($15 per month), could not be cancelled, but could be not renewed at the end of the year. Both comes with a shipping fee of $4.
There was a promotion where the first kit comes with USD 12 regardless of plan.
Toca Life Box ships within Continental US, but not in Hawaii and US territories and worldwide.
Toca Life Box Gift[]
Toca Life Box could be given as a gift. The gift subcription comes with three plans, any of which will be given to the recipient. [2]

Compared to the montly/yearly subscription, the gift subscription has a higher price.

Toca Life Box was a creation of the Toca Boca, the developers behind Toca Life World. It was a physical extension that was based on the philosophy of emphasizing discovery and development through creative play, an important goal for the company.
The brand uses the aesthetic from the app to create DIY , paper-based subscription models to kids aimed at young kids aged 6-11. The kits do not contain instructions, which enables users to freely explore, experiment and develop one's skills. The subscription model encourages creative and imaginative play.

Trivia[]
- Toca Life Box is created from the same company who created Sago Mini Box, which is target for younger children ages 3-5. The subscription box also has ended and was redirected to Kiwico[3]
- The subscription model used to have its own website, has now moved to Amazon. Boxes were shown, but not available for sale.
- Botpet is the first Crumpet exclusive to Toca Life Box, now
